Project: Complete Downtown Condominium Remodel

Interactive Remodeling came recommended by my neighbor who had an outstanding experience with this team. From our first meeting, they had a genuine understanding of the goal of my remodel and the look I wanted to achieve. They offered creative ideas and solutions and made sure I understood how the remodel would be executed and the time and cost involved. The demolition was quick and as clean as could be expected and the team was professional and friendly. The installation was done with quality and attention to detail. Project: Master Bath Remodel

We recently finished our bathroom remodel with Interactive Remodeling. We came to Kam with a design in hand so this review is for communication, quality of work, professionalism, timeliness, and budget conscious. First I will say that Kam is incredibly responsive and I never had any trouble getting a hold of him or discussing details of the project/timelines/etc. I also found Kam to be very detail oriented and non defensive if we saw anything that wasn’t quite like we wanted. He takes the time to get the job done right.

While the crew was in the house they put down plastic/paper/tape you name it to keep the mess to a minimum. His crew was very respectful of our home and kept a friendly attitude. From the beginning, Kam let us know how long it takes to get certain pieces in and encouraged us to order as soon as possible. This made it possible for us to finish on time. Kam was very fair with his pricing and we didn’t feel over changed at all. The only time the price changed was when we wanted extra things done and the scope of work changed. Even then Kam was reasonable with the pricing and we feel we got an excellent value. Highly recommend!

Project: House Remodeling

Finding a contractor is hard, and making the wrong decision can lead to a world of hurt. We interviewed several and what stood out initially was Kam’s flexibility and honest appraisal of what could and couldn’t be done. What started out as a master bath remodel turned into a remodel of the whole house. Kam’s quotes and pricing were reasonable and accurate, and there were no hidden surprises. He knew we were on a budget and kept the project to it.

The job was done quickly and efficiently, and Kam was very good about being reachable throughout the day, and responding to all sorts of questions and requests. There was very little pressure involved, and we’re quite happy with the results. The quality and workmanship are good and the house looks great!

Project: Master Bathroom Remodeling

If you want a contractor who is honest, collaborative, reliable and a pleasure to work with, Kam is your guy. He and his whole team are polite, respectful, tidy, timely and GREAT at what they do! He just finished up our master bathroom remodel (on time and within budget), and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the results. Project: Downtown Condominium Kitchen and Bath Remodel

We hired Kam to completely renovate two bathrooms and the kitchen in our condo, and to take out carpet and put in flooring in the living/dining and entryway. We are so pleased with the results – our condo looks wonderful. Kam and his crew were so nice to work with. Kam was very helpful, honest and accommodating throughout the whole process. Project: Master Bath Remodel

I hired Interactive Kitchen & Batch Remodeling to redo our master bath. We had it gutted. We removed the soaker tub for a much larger walk in shower. New cabinets, countertops were installed and we had tile installed for the shower walls and floors. Kam did an excellent job on the project. It was completed on time and on budget. He was very good about adjusting things on the fly and not getting nickled and dimed for it. He takes great pride in his work and it shows with the finished product. Once the project started, they were there full time until the project was completed. There was good progress everyday. They came on time and left on time.

Project: Interior Remodeling

Kam was contracted to complete a partial remodel of a newly purchased 60s home, requiring completion before moving in. I would say Kam completes middle to higher end projects and rates are commensurate with complete and quality results.

We found Kam at all times to be respectful, honest, reliable, efficient and a complete professional. Kam completed the several week job in the time frame required.

We had a low budget and high expectations, which was sometimes tricky for Kam to work with as what we wanted and what we could afford were unfortunately not always the same. Kam always worked with us and helped to rearrange priorities to fit in what was most important to us. He also addressed the usual renovating hiccups with decorum, patience and grace.

I would recommend Kam to both first time remodel-ers and seasoned ones. Kam can take a project from start to finish unattended or will work with you providing choices along the way if you’re not sure of options and you like to decide the details (there are an exceeding amount of choices for the first-time, control-type renovator).

Kam has since completed a second smaller project (hopping through them as budget allows) with again the utmost professionalism.

Project: Staining and Updating old Cabinets

Meticulous attention to detail. Recommended improvements to our original design scope was very helpful. Applied 4 coats of stain and one protective finish coat by hand rubbing. Project: Painting and Molding

Project: Whole House Facelift
